ShipIt Privacy Policy

ShipIt is operated by Sevens Couriers, Inc. ShipIt helps people find independent couriers and helps couriers describe their service areas, services, and contact details.
Information We Collect
The Android app may store courier profile and quote request details locally on the user's device and may send them to ShipIt servers when the user creates an account, publishes a courier profile, submits a quote request, or looks up a tracking token. These details may include name, business name, city or service area, manually entered service-area coordinates, route lanes, vehicle type, services offered, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off details, delivery timing, tracking status, and item description when a user chooses to enter them.
The Android app may request optional foreground approximate or precise device location so users can show their current position on the courier service-area map and support live job tracking when they choose to use tracking features. The app does not request background location and does not access contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or health data.
How We Use Information
Information entered in the app is used to operate courier search, courier profile publishing, service-area mapping, quote request routing, tracking lookup, account support, billing support, trust and safety review, and customer service. If a user chooses to contact Sevens Couriers, Inc or a courier outside the app, the information the user sends may be used to respond to that request.
Sharing
ShipIt does not sell personal information. Courier profile details intended for publication may be displayed in the courier directory after verification. Quote request, account, tracking, and billing-related information may be processed by ShipIt service providers solely to operate the app and related services.
Payments
Courier subscription billing is processed by Stripe. Stripe handles payment details according to its own privacy and security policies. The Android app does not collect or store full payment card numbers.
Data Retention and Deletion
Locally stored app data remains on the user's device until the user clears app data or uninstalls the app. Server-side account, profile, quote, tracking, and support records are retained as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and maintain security. Users may request deletion of information they provided by using the contact information below or by following the steps on the ShipIt data deletion request page.
Children
ShipIt is intended for adults who need courier services or who operate courier businesses. It is not directed to children.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards for information we control. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
