ShipIt Data Deletion Request

ShipIt Courier Network is operated by Sevens Couriers, Inc. This page explains how ShipIt users and couriers can request deletion of personal data associated with the ShipIt app or Sevens Couriers, Inc.
How to Request Deletion
Email sb@renewablepowergrid.com with the subject line ShipIt Data Deletion Request.
Include the email address or phone number used with ShipIt, your name or business name if provided, and whether you want all data deleted or only specific data removed.
Data That Can Be Deleted
Upon a verified request, Sevens Couriers, Inc will delete personal information associated with ShipIt that it controls, including account contact information, courier profile details, service area information, quote request details, support messages, and other user-provided app data.
Data Stored on Your Device
If information is stored only on your device, you can delete it by clearing the ShipIt app data in Android settings or by uninstalling the app. Sevens Couriers, Inc cannot delete information that remains only on your device and was never sent to us.
Data We May Keep
Some records may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, tax, payment, dispute, or compliance purposes. Stripe or other payment processors may retain payment records under their own policies. We do not store full payment card numbers in the ShipIt app.
Retention Period
Deletion requests are reviewed and processed within 30 days when reasonably possible. Records that must be retained for legal, payment, tax, dispute, fraud prevention, or compliance reasons may be kept for up to 7 years, or longer if required by law.
